FAQs

SHIPPING
We offer USPS and UPS for domestic and international shipping.

Processing:
24-48hrs
Orders will ship out from our warehouse in Massachusetts typically within 24 hours of your order being placed (sometimes same-day).  During sales or holidays, it may take longer to process your order. 

Transit time of your package:
1-3 days with USPS Priority & First Class
1-6 days with UPS Ground & Expedited
2-10 days with International

Processing + Transit time = order arriving at your doorstep:
2-8 days for Domestic
2-11 days for International
* International orders may experience additional delays and/or charges due to customs.  Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note these shipping timelines are estimates and may be longer due to many circumstances.  Also, we may not be able to make an address change after an order is placed due to it being processed same-day, so we suggest giving your info a double check to avoid delays.

Each product page has a size chart.  And most pages will reference height and weight of model that's shown in the lifestyle photo.  Give a holler if you have any specific sizing questions.

Eastward is available exclusively on this website.  Our gear is made in limited quantities so get it while the gettin' is good since we typically do not restock sold out items.
